Eindhoven, The Netherlands, 7 December 2009 - CEVA Logistics, a leading global supply chain management company, has entered a new four-year agreement with Toshiba Medical Systems Europe BV.
Chikao Kamijima, director of Toshiba Medical Systems Europe BV and Pierre Girardin, Managing Director of CEVA, officially signed the contract at the CEVA site in Eindhoven where CEVA is running the EDC for Toshiba Medical Systems Europe BV. The contract is yet another extension of a successful partnership that has developed over the last nine years.
Of the 50,000 m² multi-user site in Eindhoven, CEVA is running the EDC for Toshiba Medical Systems Europe BV on 6,000 m². This space allows a wide variety of services to be offered such as in-and-outbound processes for commercial items and spare parts, value added services and reverse logistics.
Bram Smits, site manager of CEVA in Eindhoven said: “We are delighted that Toshiba Medical Systems BV is continuing our nine year relationship. In fact, 80% of our employees who were involved in the implementation of Toshiba Medical Systems BV in 2000 are still working on this account.
