Broomfield, CO – January 23, 2009: In another move that advances its position in the Service Parts Logistics solutions sector, Network Global Logistics is pleased to announce that Stephanie Gerard has joined the company newly as Director of Sales & Administration for Service Parts Logistics.
In this newly created position, Ms. Gerard focuses on working closely with customers during all phases of the sales cycle and operations implementation. Her responsibilities include requirements gathering and analysis, process engineering and documentation, operational implementation, process improvement, and customer relationship management and retention. She also plays an active role analyzing operational data and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews to clients.

Prior to working for NGL, Ms. Gerard was employed as a Sales Engineer at Choice Logistics. As Sales Engineer, she was responsible for managing new solutions and support models for new and existing service parts logistics clients, both internationally and domestically. Her position involved working closely with clients pre and post sale to provide strategy, direction, and create solutions that met the client’s specific needs.
Ms. Gerard earned a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute and the Vice-President of the Denver Area University of Arkansas Alumni Association.
