United Cargo is pleased to announce that Servisair, a leading global provider of aviation ground services, will begin providing handling services for United Cargo in El Paso, TX (ELP) effective October 12, 2009.
The location, customer service hours of operation and phone number of United Cargo’s operation in ELP are not changing. The staff that has provided service to United Cargo’s customers is moving to Servisair, so our freight customers will enjoy a seamless transition.

The following conditions apply to United Cargo’s service in El Paso:
All shipments (except United Cargo SPD small package shipments) are transported inbound to ELP via truck only. No outbound shipments (except SPDs) are accepted.
Also, all freight shipments terminating in ELP must be prepaid or collect on account.
No non-SPD hazardous materials, live animals, or human remains shipments can be transported to or from ELP.
Please note: United continues to offer SPD small package service in El Paso. Customers can tender and recover SPDs at the United Express passenger ticket counter.
