Details Announced for Intermodal Freight Transportation Industry’s Largest Event
CALVERTON, MD, July 21, 2010 – The Intermodal Association of North America (IANA) announced today that it has set the dates for its 2010 Intermodal Expo. The intermodal freight transportation industry’s largest event will be held this year on November 14-16 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
2010 marks the 28th year for Intermodal Expo, and this year’s event will feature numerous insightful educational sessions, as well as unique opening and closing sessions that will be talked about for many years. Attendees will once again have the opportunity to participate in each session thanks to our interactive Audience Response System.
The show floor will be packed as usual with cutting-edge exhibits and overflowing with intermodal industry colleagues, customers and prospects. Excellent networking opportunities will abound at this year’s Intermodal Expo. By popular demand we are reintroducing the Monday themed reception on the trade show floor, but during the late afternoon to allow attendees to entertain existing or potential customers in the evening; this year’s theme is NFL Pre-Game Tailgate Party.
