UTi Contract Logistics and Distribution Honored for Improvements
Santa Monica, Calif., Feb. 11th, 2010 - CaseStack today honored UTi Contract Logistics and Distribution with the 2009 Warehouse of the Year award for the company's dedication to superior performance.
The annual award is given to a CaseStack warehouse provider for excellence in customer service and operational performance. Each CaseStack warehouse partner is scored using a structured matrix of several criteria that each measure a key indicator of operational excellence and supports the delivery of superior customer satisfaction through order accuracy, inventory integrity and service excellence. The 2009 race was extremely competitive with only a few percentage points separating all finishers from the winner.
