The report offers offers advice for successfully contracting with suppliers. Whether you work with multiple suppliers or with a single supplier that provides all the elements of your system, the guidelines are the same.
The report covers the request for proposal (RFP) and request for quote (RFQ) process, the contract process, defining and measuring success, payment terms and training. It is also important to keep lines of communication open to ensure a smooth ride down the remainder of your road to systems integration.
