KNAPP was awarded the contract for the installation of a highly automated picking solution with lot tracking at the Katren Saint Petersburg location. Katren is Russia’s third-largest pharmaceutical wholesaler with more than 2,500 employees. The company is using the current economic situation as an opportunity to expand and increase its performance capacity. The key issue was increasing picking performance while at the same time improving the processes and procedures in distribution.
