Hapag-Lloyd will implement an extended winter program for the AES Atlantic Express Shuttle (AES Service) and suspend the AES until the expected market volume returns.

This service adjustment will be implemented effective westbound after December 14, 2010 (date of last sailing from Antwerp) and eastbound after December 18, 2010 (date of last sailing from New York).

The exact timing of the reintroduction of the service will be based on close monitoring of the market.
During the winter program Hapag-Lloyd will continue to ship committed volumes on one of the other Hapag-Lloyd services covering the North Atlantic trade.
