Omaha, Neb., February 02, 2012 – The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 60 cents per share on its common stock, payable April 2, 2012, to stockholders of record February 29, 2012.

Union Pacific has paid dividends on its common stock for 113 consecutive years.
