With effect from 1st September 2013 Prof. Dr. Christopher W. Stoller was appointed as a Professor due to the high and increasing interest in the Forwarding, Transportation and Logistics B.A. course at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Loerrach. He will strengthen the team of the B. A. course with Prof. Schwolgin, Bayer and Wittenbrink. Prof. Stoller has demonstrated a wide expertise in higher education teaching, both nationally and abroad. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in the logistics industry whilst holding various management positions at Fiege, SNCF-Geodis, General Overnight and CEVA Logistics. This will enable him to demonstrate to the students his competency and his inside knowledge of this economic sector.
Prof. Stoller has a degree in law; during his university time, he acquired hands-on experience in pharmaceutical logistics. After studies in Muenster, Wuerzburg and London he obtained his doctoral degree from the Ruhr-Universitaet Bochum. His main specialisms within logistics are intercultural management, post-merger integration and business development / sales.
