Union Pacific Railroad Receives Logistics Excellence Award for Customer Service from Toyota Logistics Services
Omaha, Neb., June 10, 2014 – Union Pacific Railroad received the 2013 Award for Logistics Excellence in Customer Service from Toyota Logistics Services. The annual honor, which Union Pacific earned for the sixth consecutive year, recognizes the rail carrier that provides Toyota with superior customer service.
The award was based on Union Pacific’s ability to provide unmatched customer service by offering all-encompassing support and creative transportation solutions, as well as its strong commitment to shipment quality.

Union Pacific Railroad Named 2013 Rail Carrier of the Year by WWL Vehicle Services Americas

The award evaluates rail carriers on key criteria such as transit and damage-free delivery performance.
